REFUND POLICY

2021 Refund Policy – All Divisions

House League:

  1. From registration date to April 15, 2021: Registration fee less $25.00 administration fee.
  2. From April 16, 2021 to April 30, 2021: Registration fee refunded (not including late fee) less $50.00 administration fee.
  3. After May 1, 2021: Refunds for medical reasons only – which is registration fee (not including late fee) less $50.00 administration fee.
  4. If the season is cancelled or shortened due to COVID-19, BSCI will move the unused portion of your paid registration fee to the 2022 season. If a refund of unused fees, resulting from a COVID-19 cancellation, is desired, the refund request must be made in writing and will considered by the Board on a case-by-case basis.

All other requests will be reviewed and decided upon by the Brockville Soccer Club Board on a case-by-case basis.

Competitive League Policy:

  2. From April 16, 2021 to April 30, 2021: Registration fee refunded (not including late fee) less $125.00 administration fee.
  3. After May 1, 2021: Refunds for medical reasons only – which is registration fee (not including late fee) less $125.00 administration fee.
  4. If the season is cancelled or shortened due to COVID-19, BSCI will move the unused portion of your paid registration fee to the 2022 season. If a refund of unused fees, resulting from a COVID-19 cancellation, is desired, the refund request must be made in writing and will considered by the Board on a case-by-case basis.

All other requests will be reviewed and decided upon by the Brockville Soccer Club Board on a case-by-case basis.

Indoor League Policy:
There will be NO refunds offered for the Indoor Soccer program. Please contact brockvillesoccer@bell.net if you have any questions.
